City of Gastronomy and Wine
The International City of Gastronomy and Wine opened its doors in May 2022 in Dijon.
Located 1.6 km from the Hôtel des Ducs (16 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by city bus, the free city centre shuttle), you will find in particular :
- La Cave de la Cité, an extraordinary wine bar with 3000 references and 250 wines you can test by the glass
- The Gastronomic Village
- Eight pretty shops presenting the products of local producers with exceptional know-how
- A gourmet bookshop with a wide range of books on cooking, gastronomy and oenology
- Two restaurants (one gastronomic, the other bistronomic) and a bar
- 1204, an exhibition space that reveals the different faces of Dijon from yesterday to today
- La Chapelle des climats et des terroirs, which presents the Climats of the Burgundy vineyards

La Cave de la Cité
In this magnificent place of 600 m2 spread over 3 levels, you can :
- Admire wines from all over the world presented on huge walls of bottles
- Taste 250 wines by the glass, including exceptional grands crus. Nothing could be simpler, you credit a card with the amount of your choice and then choose the wines you wish to discover
- Buy the bottles of your choice
To accompany your tasting, La Cave de la Cité also offers a range of fresh products and delicatessen to taste on the spot.

The Gastronomic Village
In the heart of the Cité, a great bookshop and 8 shops to taste and buy products from the best local producers

A real pleasure for the eyes and the taste buds in front of these exceptional products, emblematic of French cuisine. The Gastronomic Village is open every day from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm.

The International City of Gastronomy and Wine offers 2 restaurants and 1 bar
- La Table des Climats, a gastronomic restaurant that targets the perfect match between food and wine
- Le Comptoir de la Cité, a bistronomic restaurant to (re)discover the great classics of Burgundian cuisine
- Le Bamagotchi, a bar offering 14 beers, draught, locavore pizzas, boards to share
We also recommend that you take a look at the "Experiential Cuisine" programme, which offers chef demonstrations, master classes and cooking/pastry workshops. In this area, tables are also available for tasting the products you have bought in the gastronomic village.
